Tim Thompson has over 20 years of experience specializing in the management, leasing, and development of food-anchored, multi-tenant, and single-tenant assets. His primary responsibilities at Crestview Real Estate include budgeting, pricing, and executing ground-up construction projects. As a member of the executive team, he also approves all deals for new and existing projects.
With a proven track record of success in 29 states, Tim has developed and leased over 5 million square feet of prime retail space, including more than 85 single-tenant buildings, with an overall asset value exceeding $700 million.
Prior to joining Crestview, Tim was the Vice President at Realty Capital, a real estate development group focused on office, retail, and single-family lot development. While there, he helped assemble and develop 1,100 acres of residential property and managed the development of approximately 100,000 square feet of office and retail properties.
Before his time at Realty Capital, Tim worked as a construction manager for a Dallas-based commercial construction company, where he specialized in ground-up construction and interior finish-out projects across the U.S.
Tim is a graduate of Texas Tech University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Warm Place and volunteers on the Calf Scramble committee for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at his ranch with his wife, Katey, and son, Tiger.
