Kimberly Hartley has been a dedicated and thoughtful presence in her role as Senior Property Manager since joining Crestview Real Estate in 2016.  She brings a deep commitment to providing exceptional service to both the tenants of the shopping center and the landlords of the shopping centers she manages, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships across the board.

Kimberly’s professional background includes experience in both the medical field and managing a large home staging company, giving her a unique blend of organizational skills, empathy, and attention to detail.

At the heart of Kimberly’s work is her deep passion for family.  A proud mother of five and a new grandmother, she’s been married to her husband, Lucas, for 25 years. Her home is filled with love – and a bit of playful chaos – thanks to her two dogs, Koda and Larue, and her spunky cat, Kitty Buddy.  Kimberly’s commitment to nurturing relationships and creating warm, welcoming spaces extends from her personal life into every professional endeavor.

In addition to her love for family, Kimberly loves to travel and relax in the pool, and as part of a musical family, finds joy in worship nights and singing.
