Jim Gammon began his career in the full-service car wash industry, eventually becoming the executive manager for Grand Car Wash.  This role led him to become the construction manager for multiple car washes and then eventually to S.C. Companies, where he developed a solid foundation in site planning, contractor coordination, and project execution.

Jim has over 27 years’ combined experience with Crestview Real Estate and S.C. Companies, leading construction efforts across a wide range of commercial properties.  His hands-on approach, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to quality make him a trusted leader in the field.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time on his ranch and is an avid outdoorsman. His love for the outdoors reflects the same dedication and focus he brings to every project – whether in the field or in nature.  In addition to his love of outdoors, Jim also has three beautiful and successful daughters.
