Dalton Stogner joined Crestview in 2022, specializing in landlord representation of Crestview’s properties as well as the development and strategic growth of the firm’s portfolio.  He is focused on expanding Crestview’s presence through leasing, development, and acquisitions, with an emphasis on creating long-term value and strengthening relationships with both tenants and partners.

Dalton began his career at Lincoln Property Company, where he first served as an analyst supporting the Partners.  In that role, he gained a strong foundation in market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning.  He later transitioned into a leasing position, where he sharpened his skills in tenant negotiations and property marketing, building the expertise that he now brings to Crestview.

Dalton graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a football letterman.  He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Real Estate Council (TREC), and The Touchdown Club of Dallas.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
