Angelica Bowden is the “jack of all trades” at Crestview Real Estate: officially the Leasing Coordinator and Marketing & Social Media Manager, she also provides essential administrative and office support to the Crestview team.  Angelica brings over 28+ years’ experience working exclusively in the commercial real estate industry in various positions ranging from leasing coordinator, marketing associate, executive assistant, assistant property manager, office manager, bookkeeper, and receptionist.

Angelica began establishing her strong foundation in commercial real estate in 1997 working for Grey Stogner at S.C. Companies in Dallas; hired initially as a receptionist and eventually working her way up to leasing coordinator and assistant property manager.  Following a few shorts years away to pursue other opportunities to expand her versatile skill set, Angelica re-joined her former team from S.C. Companies at Crestview in 2019.

When not wrangling pixels or chasing deadlines, Angelica is living her best life surrounded by her husband, Jacob, two brilliant daughters who keep her humble, three dogs with diva energy, an alarming number of cats, and possibly a turtle.
