Staci Bowen is the Executive Managing Director and a Principal of Crestview Real Estate, LLC.
Staci has been with Crestview since its inception in 2008. Prior to the founding of Crestview, she worked with Grey Stogner in the same role for S.C. Companies from 1989 to 2008. At S.C. Companies, Grey and Staci teamed with Craig Evans to build a multi-million-dollar portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers.
Staci’s primary responsibilities at Crestview include Asset and Portfolio Management of the company’s various properties, investor and lender relationships and development projects. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in the development, acquisition, disposition, and financing of over 7.5 million square feet of grocery-anchored and specialty retail projects. Her commercial real estate experience spans every aspect of the industry, including property management, leasing, and accounting.
Staci is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). She also serves as Treasurer of the Lake Highlands Public Improvement District, is past Treasurer of the Dallas Chapter of the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association, and is a two-time President of the Lake Highlands Highlandette Booster Club.
Staci began her career with the Hall Financial Group in its Dallas headquarters in accounting and finance from 1985–1989. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1985. While at Oklahoma State University, she served as Executive Director of OSU’s Homecoming (America’s Greatest Homecoming).
A native of NW Oklahoma, Staci enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters, a son-in-law, and her first grandbaby, Jason Jeffery (JJ) who named her “Sassie”. Sassie is looking forward to the arrival of another grandson in late 2025.
